Beanie Sigel on The Breakfast Club

Tuesday, October 11th, 2016

Following the release of his three diss tracks aimed at Meek Mill and others, Beanie Sigel stopped by The Breakfast Club to discuss all of the shenanigans that have transpired over the past few weeks. He speaks on his contributions to Meek and Omelly’s verses on that Game diss, the sucker-punch he caught at the Bad Boy show, the Philly politics attached to all of this and how Meek’s Funkmaster Flex freestyle prompted him to release those tracks.

At several points during the interview, the conversation between Beans and Charlamagne gets heated, with Sigel telling the host he’s not qualified to ask some of the questions he’s posing and Charlamagne responding that he feels like the Philly OG is coming off as a hypocrite and a hater . Beans responds that he probably feels that way because he’s a sucker. They go back and forth and ultimately agree to disagree, but it’s pretty entertaining.

Birdman Walks Out on The Breakfast Club

Friday, April 22nd, 2016

Birdman showed up at Power 105 for his interview with The Breakfast Club this morning seemingly intent on g-checking all three hosts directly to their faces. Before he even sits down he issues a stern warning for them to respect (respek!) his name and suggests they tread lightly. If you’re even marginally familiar with the steez of Charlamagne The God though, you knew that wasn’t how this was about to play out. In less than 2 minutes, the interview goes off the rails and ends with Birdman storming out of the building, leaving a trail of eminently quotable one-liners in his wake.

Maino ft. Lil Durk – I Been (CDQ)

Wednesday, November 26th, 2014

The last version that leaked was rough and not the final album version. The homie Maino’s “KOB2: King of Brooklyn” is out on iTunes and other online retailers everywhere today.

Maino also appeared on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club yesterday to talk about what he’s been doing musically the last few years (if you read this site then you already know), he also addressed some allegations against him, what the NY music-industrial complex is like without him slapping up rappers and the reality TV show he had to stop filming because of the outside perception of all the chicks he’s tearing down (I love it).

Watch it below.
