Eminem Talks Revival with DJ Whoo Kid

Friday, November 17th, 2017

Eminem stopped by DJ Whoo Kid’s show on Shade45 (with Lord Sear) with Alchemist, Paul Rosenberg and Mr. Porter in tow to talk about his upcoming new album Revival. At least that was probably the intention, but if you know Em and Whoo Kid, then you know you can’t have a serious conversation with either of these guys for any sustained period of time.

Marshall did take a few minutes to touch on working with Beyonce on “Walk On Water” and to discuss Rick Rubin and Dr. Dre’s contributions to the new project, but he didn’t reveal much else. He did briefly expound on the depth of his hatred for Donald Trump which inspired his vicious BET Awards Cypher verse and mentioned that he was disappointed when he didn’t get a response.

Video: Method Man & Redman Speak to Eminem

Tuesday, June 9th, 2009

T-Pain has apparently sparked a new trend:

“Paul!” Redman chimed in, also addressing Em’s manager, Paul Rosenberg, directly. “Hey, Paul, we’re on the tour, baby!” “You know my number,” Redman said to Rosenberg. “Yo, Eminem. Yo, Paul — we on the tour, man.” “Even if he don’t put us on, we’re coming in through the back door, jumping onstage,” he added.

Although the duo may not be fans of “Twilight,” there are two things they love: Eminem and being on the road. “We’re gonna jump on Em’s tour — we’re putting it out there,” Method Man revealed. “We do tour a lot. I’d say altogether 10, 11 months a year.”

“Honestly, I’m gonna tell you exactly what that is — that’s how we get our bread now,” Red said. “That’s how MCs make their money. Those royalty checks come like babies — every nine months. “Plus, we enjoy doing shows,” he added. “Anybody who’s come to a Method Man and Redman show knows that we give 110 percent every time we’re out there.”

Video: Eminem x Royce da 5’9″ in 1998

Tuesday, May 19th, 2009

Wow, this is truly a fucking treat. In 1998, a young Eminem spoke to Quest of UGHH on the Lyricist Louge Tour. He was a bit more ready to speak on his project and sorta dressed like a pedophile, but it is a gem to see how he would conduct himself before his career skyrockted with the success of The Slim Shady LP. The end of the video includes footage from a year later when Quest runs into Eminem while interviewing Royce da 5’9″, who was on tour with Shady, to speak on Bad Meets Evil, and Em is a completely new person.

Just hearing Quest speak on the internet is unbelieveable in itself, watching Royce, Em & Paul is mind-boggling.

Episode airs this Sunday 5/17, but there’s a catch:

So, he really is a Family Guy! Eminem will appear along with Stuey on this coming Sunday, 5/17, in several interstitial programming breaks throughout the night on Fox. What? Why? Tune in and find out what Stuey and Em chop it up about… Classic material.

Don’t you just love it when FOX is milking this shit until the last drop.

Props to Paul Rosenberg.

Em, It’s Paul. I just listened to the entire album, and you gotta be fuckin kidding me. I mean with this Christopher Reeve shit, you know the guys dead right? And then the whole gay stepfather incest rape thing? I don’t have your back on this one, I can’t even fuckin handle it, I’m done.
