Just Blaze – Inhuman Nature

Friday, April 17th, 2015

just-blaze-inhuman

On the new Ludacris album, Just Blaze flipped Michael Jackson’s “Human Nature” for the track “This Has Been My World”, and late last night he decided to liberate the full, nearly 7-minute instrumental. This shit is quite epic.

Says Just:

Had some fun. Something to ride down the FDR to on a late night with the top down, reflecting on life.. like Rocky in that one scene after Apollo died. Word.

My outros have outros.

Michael Jackson’s Hologram Performs at the Billboard Awards

Monday, May 19th, 2014

Despite an attempt by two hologram technology companies to halt the performance via legal action, a ghostly representation of Michael Jackson took the stage at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards last night for a performance of “Slave To The Rhythm”, one of the new songs on the just released Xscape album. So what do you think, fitting tribute or blasphemy?

A New Michael Jackson Album is Dropping in May

Monday, March 31st, 2014

On May 13th a new Michael Jackson album will be unveiled to the world. The LP will feature 8 previously unreleased songs by the late legend and it takes it’s name from a once popular 90’s R&B group. No, I’m kidding, it actually takes its name from one of the songs on the album, as has been customary with all of Michael’s releases since Thriller.

The 8 new songs were all produced using existing vocals tracks laid by Michael before his passing in 2009 but have been updated for 2014 under the watchful eye of executive producer L.A. Reid and lead producer Timbaland. Rodney Jerkins, Stargate, Jerome “Jroc” Harmon and John McClain also contributed their talents. A deluxe edition of Xscape will include the original untouched recordings as they sounded before those guys got their hands on them, so that’s pretty cool.
