Tim Westwood hits us with Ghostface Killah, Cappadonna and Jeru The Damaja’s 1996 freestyle session for this week’s Throwback Thursday. A portion of this has been out there for a while, but I don’t believe this full 18-minute version was ever released. You’ll recognize most of these verses if you’re familiar with their respective catalogs, but there are also some off the head gems for good measure.
