Video: Deric “D-Dot” Angelettie Speaks on Ghost-Producing & “Benjamins Remix” with B.I.G.

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

D-Dot talks to Young Sav, Sean C & LV on Grind Music Radio about his definition of ghost-producing, if he’s ever ghost-produced, how he felt when he heard “All About The Benjamins” everywhere for eight months straight, and explains B.I.G. being on the remix.

He says Big actually rhymed over the original. He recorded it in L.A. while D-Dot was recording in NY with Lil’ Kim. The morning he died, Big played D-Dot his verse in his hotel room. After he passed, D-Dot & Stevie J put a new beat on his vocals to make it sound epic.
