During an interview with The Breakfast Club this morning, Wale was less than supportive of his MMG cohort Meek Mill’s effort in the beef with Drake, and as widely predicted, it has led to a renewed standoff with his labelmate. Meek responded in an extensive Instagram posting on Wednesday evening, in which he took it upon himself to declare Wale no longer down with Maybach Music.

Wale hits us with 4 new tracks “Know Me” featuring Skeme, “Illuminate” featuring Phil Ade, and “New Phone”. He also did an interview with The Breakfast Club, during which he spoke on the Drake and Meek Mill beef. According to him, Meek “brought a pencil to a gun fight”.

Here’s a new collaboration between Wale, Metro Boomin and The Highbridge Voices choir called “Voices In My Head.” The track was recorded this past Summer at the sprite Corner in NYC, where the recent live editions of Rhythm Roulette took place. A TMZ cameraman recently caught up with Wale in Hollywood as he spit a quick freestyle for a crowd of paparazzi and onlookers to the melody of Michael Jackson’s “P.Y.T.” as played by a sidewalk saxaphone player.
