  1. Cypher Says:

Guess we callin this beat battle a draw?..

That’s cool I’d hate to kick him while he’s already in purgatory.

To Tron what you got on a versus on tracks ?

Sikh too, y’all can set the parameters.

  2. Harlem World Says:

    jhene aiko >

  3. Cypher Says:

Might even drop a remix to that Tron beat…

Jessie got the formula but he ain’t cookin it right…

  4. Fyodor Drostoevsky Says:

    asian bitches is overrated mayne

i just aint attracted to em no homo

unless they mixed with black or somethin

    ^

Nah I like that 100 Proof unadulterated. I want shorty’s grandmother to have been footbound, or have been a geisha. That ill box designed for 2 inch banger puss. I don’t want that hybrid joint some nigga in the korean war got to first.

That reddish blush asians get post orgasm x brown nipples, on pale skin>>>>>>>>>

  5. A-1 Says:

    Gillie da Kid>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  6. Gob Bluth Says:

Cosign mixed asian chicks, i’m tryin to move into that lane

    Chanel Iman >>

  7. Harlem World Says:

i never seen or heard of a japanese or chinese chick with a black dude

    vietnam, yes

korea and them other westernized nations, sometimes

    never japs and chinks tho

unless you from a rich family

  8. cOLD Says:

I’d disagree. You can still say whatever.

The game is just different in how mass culture absorbs it. There is greater cultural diffusion, and more people know the language. MTV blanks out folks. And Reebook and Mountain Dew will eventually get wind of the blogs. But as an artist it is your choice to capitulate.

^ ok maybe I shoulda reword it, you can still def say what you wanna, but promises of endorsments gone have niggas rapping on eggshells.

rethinking certain lines before its recorded, which in my opinion will take away from the artistic edge – where all the magic happens.

Imagine if Nas never said: “I’m waving automatic guns at nuns Sticking up the preachers in the church”… Easily one of his more memorable lines.

These “groups” arent trying to let niggas slide these days.

  9. Gob Bluth Says:

Wait so cypher dropped the beat ? where is it ?

  10. Free J Says:

Cypher it aint a draw…there has to be a winner. Either FYPM takin a month and a week off or….he takin a month and a week off lol

Up that mp3…most of us haven’t heard it.

  11. cOLD Says:

the irony is, its the impactful lines that make a great hip hop quotable, but its also those same lines that are most offensive to christian, gay and lesbian and civil rights groups..

    whats a rapper to do.

  12. Harlem World Says:

tiger woods still ashamed to claim black

his asian momma got him ashamed to claim it

    aint no tigers in africa

  13. Free J Says:

I saw 007 and someone else say ur beat might be better. I also saw FYPM say u had cracker drum patterns Lol smh…

  14. hood trill stunting aka trap day man Says:

yo free j can you up that fypm beat for a side by side comparison should cypher up his?

    i missed both offerings.

  15. Free J Says:

Everything is too politically correct. I’d be more conscious of falling someone a faggot then my actual music content if I in the public eye (nhjic)

  16. Gob Bluth Says:

    whats a rapper to do.

    ^

not sign up for an endorsement, worked out well for eminem

  17. Free J Says:

@kev – I’m pretty sure A-1 got the beat, I don’t kno what post it was in. I jus kno FYPM first beat was better. He hyped the second one too much so I kinda had higher expectations

  18. Harlem World Says:

you gotta be rich to be gay

gays, jooze they got them deep pockets no homo

    aint no homeless gay people

  19. Free J Says:

Eminem seems to only do endorsements that help promote Detroit…I respect it.

  20. hood trill stunting aka trap day man Says:

which beat is the one that is up against cyphers tho?

jus so i know what to pass judgement on…

  21. Harlem World Says:

    come out that closet

    i.d yaselves

    it worked for frank ocean

  22. cOLD Says:

how you think a hood version of Entourage would fair?

is there a market for 5 niggas from the hood who vow to make an impact in the music biz… who’d watch?

of course you got your one nigga (vinny) who smashes out endless bad strippers and whores

then your gofer errand boy (turtle) who gets trickled down puss.

  23. Harlem World Says:

prince trolled the world with that androgynous steez

and prolly smashed over 1000 dimes in his life

  24. cOLD Says:

not sign up for an endorsement, worked out well for eminem

^ sounds good, be we’re talking about the promise of major bank…

no one, let alone rappers have that type of integrity.

  25. Fyodor Drostoevsky Says:

Most impactful lines to me are stuff like:

I drink Moet with Medusa, give her shotguns in hell. or

Speak with criminal slang, begin like a violin
End like Leviathan, it’s deep, well let me try again
Wisdom be leaking out my grapefruit,

The game has to adapt. Those bars still shouldn’t be cutting edge 20 years later. But dude’s want to use basic slang and ideas, for edgy bars. Step those words up… thats the only option in my eyes.

Word Prince was the ill send-off machine. Bro can play like 15 instruments. But did dudes try to learn a skill or talent to get bitches, nah niggas tried to take shortcuts by raiding their grandmother’s blouse collection thinking they could pull an Apollonia.

    Prince knew what was up.

  27. Gob Bluth Says:

how you think a hood version of Entourage would fair?

    ^

this tho, obviously it would tank ratings wise but i’d watch it

  28. Free J Says:

@kev – They both used a sample from bobby Womack 110th street. FYPM had to get all extra and added the opening to IMAX movies lol I was cracking up when I heard that shit

  29. hood trill stunting aka trap day man Says:

still lol @ ebro askin cee “why do you kep committing crimes with transgendered prostitutes?” tho.

smh. it’s like hip hops first intervention with a lil dry snitchin mixed in.

^ I somewhat agree with this.. but the two are different, we’re talking depth vs shock and awe… but utimately leave the listener a little bit dazzled.. but one has a lasting effect as you pointed out.

    ==================

    havin said that

aint many mainstream black singers who play instruments anymore mayne

the church been trainin people for free since forever

Good point. I really didn’t delineate between the two, but I see what you mean. Especially on a commercial level. Maybe an answer would be to create your own product line and not rely on endorsements. The Dame Dash model.
