    Just to point you in a good direction:

    See if the area you’re looking to buy in have the adjacent property program. A lot of times it’s just the ANLAP. You can buy the lot next to, or on the block of the property you want to buy for 10% of the asking price, or the tax price. Most of the time the alderman’s office will take what’s the cheaper route.

    It’s big in underdeveloped and dilapidated areas. Especially high risk areas.

    Save yourself a massive chunk of change if you’re buying in bulk.
