first thing is to reign in your diet. you want to get most of your carbs from natural sources and not from refined sugars and processed foods. also eat 1-1.5 gram of protein per pound of your target body weight.
next thing is fitness. i’m not a fan of traditional cardio which is pretty much steady state, running in place on the treadmill for an hour keeping the same pace. I fucks with HIIT which allows you to burn calories and build muscle at the same time. HIIT also helps to boost your metabolism and can put you in a state where you’re burning calories up to 24 hours after your workout. combine Compound lifting exercises with 15-20 minutes of HIIT work for 3-5 days a week and you’re good money
