Devin the Dude most underrated.
Was doing the weed raps before anyone.
Was doing the down south bamma lyrical flow before anyone except may Outkast beat him to it by a lil bit.
But be clear Devin the Dude is the people’s champ, he never did no wack shit, always came correct, but never got that commercial side of things to pop.
