   Farming, bulding, Energy, Manufacturing, Military are all taken so the only other option is to create some form of distraction be it intertainment, fashion,internet & try to capitalize of that

   Best thing you can do is get in at the bottom cash out at the peak, Russell sold phatfarm in the 90s, Hov cashed out , i think even Diddy cashed out some of his stake in Sean john.
