Video: Watch Prodigy React to a Question About Mobb Deep

Fast forward to 0:42. How awkward is that tour going to be though?

Aside from that, this is the one of the most comically bad interviews I’ve watched in a while, and that’s coming from somebody who watches a ton of bad interviews. P looks like there’s 100 different places he’d rather be and his boys chime in with ad-libs throughout the whole clip.

Questions include:

“What city is more notorious, Chicago or NY?”

“What do you think of the Illuminati?”

To Alchemist: “Have you been robbed?”

  1. Fyodor Drostoevsky Says:

I think the larger debate was: Did Chief Keef transcend his old neighborhood?

Kev said no, cause dude is in jail.

I said yes, and my counter to kev was that he is in jail, because his means of going beyond his circumstances made his prosecution attractive to city officials.

How is that a conspiracy? I was just giving a rationale for him being in jail.

    Plus you say,

    “he should have known better”

So he should have expected unfair treatment, or to be targeted? Isn’t that what i’m saying?

Also the reason he’s in jail is cause he broke the law… There’s no debating that.

Now why did he get caught because he made himself notable.

If two niggas shoplift. One wearing a clown suit the other normal clothes. The clown nigga gets caught, whose fault is that?

  11. Harlem World: My hoe$ they do drug$ Says:

  16. Fyodor Drostoevsky Says:

What do you mean by transcend?

    ^

I mean dude is from Englewood. The mean of the local high schools average ACT score is 15. There are no employment opportunities there. If you are from a place like that the expectation is that your opportunities are pretty limited. That you have little to no agency.

The way I see it Keef, quality of the art aside, figured out a way to get beyond the limitations he was born with. Not escape it or leave it behind. Just expand it. By transcend I mean, the kid has traveled some, had some fun with his friends, and made a few bucks doing something legal. Seems like the kid set a goal and reached it.

Spitta is truly speaking a different language the lames can’t decipher….

to put out so many ill projects that get ignored by mainstream media proves they dont speak pilot tallk

I’d disagree. Who else you know had a hit with a Chop Beat?

    I’ll wait.

To me it seems like it was all keefs plan anyway. Like he was the one grinding releasing videos with that japanese nigga that were buzzing before Chop. Hell seems like he discovered chop not the other way around. Or maybe yall think Lex Luger made Rick Ross hot.
