^ did you see the prison industry video that was posted early this morning. Basically its become a fast growing infrustructure and an option to shipping jobs out the country. These inmates getting paid a dollar a day… the overhead is paid by our taxes… so you can image the profits.

.5 means its less attached to the index performance
2 means if the index does good it does great etc

I didn’t, but you and I, along with Land and a couple other were building last year on a similar vid I posted last year about the prison system being profitable and having more people in jail than the every other nation combined.
