Truthfully I just started taking the gym seriously.

Ordered impact whey protein and a big tub of natural peanut butter from MyProtein the other day.

Protein shakes after the work out to help the muscle repair/growth process.

Drink a lot of water, eat fruit and veg. Cut out fizzy drinks and snacks high in sugar and the results will show within a matter of weeks.

Giving yourself the right amount of rest is vital also. Recovery time is important.

Tomorrow I’m making my own protein bars following the recipe and instructions from a Youtube video. Oats, whey protein, milk, crushed peanuts, natural peanut butter and some natural honey. Simple.
