I think Cons was mad at Kanye for not being honest with him…like he said, when you don’t know what the master plan is then you can’t adjust your plans accordingly. It can honestly mean death in the industry.

Seems he was loyal to GOOD when they didn’t even have a record deal, so when shit fell through and he wasn’t brought on the team he was left stranded when he could have been making moves accordingly.

Plus when your boy is rapping about all the money he has and he owes you 200 G’s…it’s gotta make you feel a certain way. I don’t care who you are.

I just feel, whether true or not, he has this attitude like “I’m not carrying you bums on my back anymore”.

He’s quick to let everybody know he did most of the old beats, he’s obviously the best emcee out the group so I’m sure he’s a little resentful of that, because I think they split most of the money evenly and he doesn’t want to that. He shouldn’t do that either…but they should be able to come up with a plan that helps everybody.

He just wants to do his DJ sets and whatever other shit he works on, it’s been like 2 solo albums in ten years. Like Cons says…the rest of the group is hurting in one way or the other, the entire world wants to see you live, only person holding anything back is Q-Tip. Just do 2 months of shows as a group during the summer and get that money man c’mon…it’s not like he’s all that busy with a solo career. Everybody would benefit.

No rapper should sign to their homie. Shit is a the music business, one of the dirtiest games there is. Cons has beef with his old record label, thats like the oldest story in the history of music. Problem is the label head was his homie so he feels extra hurt.

Word. I get it. But the ghostwriting allegations have been flying all over the rap scene as long as I care to remember. Yet one r&b chick makes one lil album, and BOOM!!! Career terminated.
