On Sunday, rapper Lupe Fiasco — who has sharply criticized Obama in the past — was kicked off the stage during an anti-Obama rant at the StartUp RockOn Inauguration Celebration at the Hamilton Live.
First the stage lights were cut, then Fiasco’s microphone (and the stand that it was attached to) disappeared — but none of that deterred him any. Fiasco continued to rap as the live band played on. As the crowd cheered him on, the 31-year-old rapper was quickly surrounded and dragged off the stage by Obama’s burly Secret Service agents.
