i commented on meek’s track saying cass was a has-been and that meek took it, but to prove im into being objective and not just stanning for one side and forcing the logic to fulfill the outcome i want (like most people do in hov vs. nas debates), i can say honestly that this comeback swings it back in favor of cass for me now….this reminds me of the cass i actually used to like back in the day. lots of on-target facts, lots of great quotables, and even a refreshing dose of humility (very rare on a diss track) – where he basically admits to have fucked up his own money and isnt proud of it, but warns that meek isnt far from the same path if his sales dont hold up and his spending is the same. i thought that was actual some next-level grown folks type ethering.
