Fat Joe Pleads Guilty to Tax Evasion, Faces 2 Years in Prison
Joe plead guilty to two counts of tax evasion in Federal court in New Jersey this morning after the government claimed he had failed to pay taxes for 2007-2008. According to prosecutors, he owes $718,038 to IRS. Although his lawyer says he plans to pay it off before then, Joe could face up to 2 years in prison at his sentencing on April 3rd.
