“Time Pieces” are black and white, Super 8 mm, short films by director/photographer Jason Goldwatch that focus on his personal heroes and cultural icons.
Textured, intimate and shot silent, Goldwatch shoots and also edits the film himself by hand, setting the images to ironic sound beds.
In this, the first piece in the series, Goldwatch captures a moment in the lives of Renaissance man Pharrell and model Karolina Kurkova while they were on a photo shoot in beautiful Brazil.
