No true either …there’s dozens of reasons, depression is on of them, getting older too.
I got sick early in the fall and a strict diet by my doctor has got me wearing pants I haven’t been able in 6-7 years,
I can’t work out under doctor’s orders neither and I lost about 40-50 pounds in 3 months.
I don’t have an STD or HIV ….people gotta learn to stop self-diagnosing and actually go to the doctor.
That’s a huge problem in the black community, home remedies and corner store dieting…not getting physicals and annual check ups.
