So almost immediately after Meek told Shaheem Reid that he’d like to see Cassidy and Murda Mook battle, the Internets took the statement and twisted it into “Meek wants to battled Cassidy for 100k”. Cassidy, who could probably benefit from some additional buzz these days, also ran with it and has been telling anybody who will listen that he’s down to square off with Meek whenever.
Last night things came to a head on Twitter when the two seasoned battle MCs starting exchanging challenges and insults.
