Economists say that did occur during the Kennedy years. Top taxes rates were cut and government revenue increased. But that is only possible in a situation where tax rates are so high that cutting them results in nearly exponential growth. So if you go from 80-75% to 55% it is possible. Not that 32% to 25% fuck shit Kush Tragic Octaroon is pushing.
