Harlem World:
You’re correct, I had a meeting with my advisors and they had forewarned me about the raging popularity in within the C-List rap culture (Smoke Dizza? Smoke Dizzay? what, Vado and countless other NYC bums) and I had ignored the recent influx of the popularity of the brand due to rampant sales in the 212 area code. I couldnt help it, I bought 4 new rari’s for my car collection last year just cause the sales were so good 4th quarter 2011. Exceeded all projections.
But its times I shut it down and go on to bigger, better over produced merchandise for the masses to suck up.
Stay tuned.

A recent article by AdAge revealed some research that suggested that most celebrities do not increase sales. “We studied every nationally televised ad for the first 11 months of 2010 and found that celebrity ads performed either below average or merely equaled it,” said the publication.
In fact, the magazine discovered thatone-fifth of celebrity ads had a negative impact on advertising effectiveness. It noted that with today’s social media, consumers are not as easily swayed by a celebrity as they once were.”Today’s consumer is more likely to be influenced by someone in [his or her] social media network than a weak celebrity connection.”

The thing that’s so dope about it is that every song, even most of the bonuses, all have a purpose in fitting the narrative.
The album sounds like there were no leftovers/throwaways. He made 15/16 songs, cut a few for exclusives and that’s it.
You don’t hear that kind of cohesiveness anywhere lately.
