Nah, Game is like Ross in that we know what to expect from him & he has a voice & a deliver that compels you to listen even when he’s not saying much.
His problem is he’s more focused on crossing over then making a great album like he did his first two times out.
I think he needs a better A&R & a sense of direction because if I had a problem with The R.E.D. Album, is was the lack of cohesion. They tried to tie it together with Dre on the interludes but even with the good songs included, it was a clusterfuck of an album.

The game has tuned East Coast spitters out. Dudes have spent so much time adjusting to the South, no one has really found the sound for New York hip-hop in the new millennium.
There’s talent here in NY but it’s wasted cause no major is willing to put the money up to really promote an East Coast rapper that sounds like he’s from the East Coast.
