@cold, absolutely, EPA is understaffed. Most if not all of our refineries are “supposed” to self report their output of emissions.. imagine how many actually go over the limit per the clean air act, but never report.. shits a sham.
I blame the Republicans, they don’t care bout our air or water..

^ was reading about rain water run off just recently… and when the water company can’t handle the excessive rain/melted snow and sewage its diverted to the rivers and such.
