   You have to make calculated risks/investments when seeking a place. No matter the place or where you’re at, you can make your shit fly. And if you can uphold the integrity of the property and never default on your payments, you’re good. No matter where you’re at.

   It’s not rocket science. People me finance harder than what it needs to be. If you can’t, don’t. If you can, do.

   Timing and calculation are KEY.

   they were being retarded, spending money they didnt have and then crying when they went under foreclosure.

   Banks were lending money frivolously and leveraging it to make a nice buck, then retards saw how easy this shit was and started refinancing their houses to spend on cars, clothes and diamonds

    Banks ignored the fact that they were loaning out to people with bad or no credit under government pressure. In the end their accounts receivable got bailed out by the fed, they kept the all the cash, and repossessed all the properties.

    They fucked us so hard, our assholes are still getting sewn. Didn’t even spit on it.
