1. bent knee deadlift, weights in front of you
2. standing overhead shoulder press
3. bent over [ll] row
4. weighted burpees
do this circuit 4 times, starting with 12 reps the first time, 10 reps the second, 8 reps the third and 6 reps on the last run. rest no more than 90 sec between circuits.
