My wife was the same way.. To get her to workout I had to start going to the gym myself and I started leaving little hints around (fitness magazines, fitness wallpaper on the pc, subtle comments, etc..) Took a little over a month and then she started joining me. Now a year later, SHE’S the one getting getting me up to go to the gym on our workout days. lol that’s the only way I knew to go about it. She wasn’t fat by any means but could stand to tighten up.. If I told her outright tho I woulda got hell for it lol. Now that body is back to being on point
