   Jay E has never been some type of freedom fighter in my eyes.

   He was just a very cryptic person. He carried a heavy aura of what I would phrase as “bayou mysticism”. He spoke on things that could be vaguely understood and a lot of times out of the realm of the common listener’s understanding. His rhymes are Black, but they aren’t as straightforward as a Kweli.

   That’s why I don’t see his relationship with with a similarly mysterious person like a Rothschild as anything but a natural progression.
