says is his “first real album,” The Stoned Immaculate released through Warner Bros. Today, the sales projections for the first week for both albums are in.
According to HitsDailyDouble, both albums, Live from the Underground and The Stoned Immaculate are on pace to sell between 45k-50k copies respectively

Krit and Curren$y are signed to majors but probably did have a major budget.
I doubt a label executive would give Krit or Curren$y a budget as big as Drake had for Take Care.
Promo? Few videos and an appearance on 106 and park isn’t a major label push.
50K being internet famous is an achievement.
I doubt Ye, Drake, Wayne or Ross first studio album would have sold 100k+ with the limited budget Krit and Currensy had.

The case maybe that The Carter four and Take Care may not have turned a profit. You’d imagine the amount of money it takes to get an album to sell gold, Cash money could have spent more than they made from album sales. Which is possible because you could break even from touring, just consider the album promo and release as an advertisement campaign.
Consider that Curren$y and Krit probably didn’t a huge budget, or start up cost, the little albums they sold could have cover the cost and brought in a small profit.
