Is marriage really that awful?
I’m genuinely terrified of it and it’s quickly approaching.

You’re supposed to be afraid. You’re a man. And you understand how big of a life change marriage is. It’s good and bad though. It’s also a business contract. ANYONE who tries to convince you otherwise is a piece of shit motherfucking liar. Remember that. There are a few things to consider before going through with marriage.
1. Can you honestly see yourself growing elderly with this person?
2. More importantly, can she honestly say the same?
3. Discuss your plans for children IN DETAIL (spanking or time outs, how many kids do you want, etc).
4. Know each others financial situation. Money problems will destroy a marriage faster than infidelity.
5. Don’t get married before 30.
6. You’ll have the rest of your lives to work on everything else.
7. It also helps if youve lived together for at least a year prior to the wedding.
