    You going to have to step up the cardio and cut out the heavy lifting if you haven’t done so already

    calisthenic based circuit training and interval based, plyometric style cardio to confuse your body, tax your core and burn calories hours after you finish working out

    combine that with the diet you posted and you should be good in a matter of months

    Man Cheif I been lifting like a slave,twice a week on every muscle. I’m addicted to the iron b. I never do cardio,LOL.

    I know cardio is what i’m missing but I been waiting for the weather to break so I could just get it in hooping.

    haha overstood…you already know i’m a chiefer so cardio isn’t my favorite either

    you may already be familiar but check out crossfit, shit’s dope. they’ve managed to combine olympic style weightlifting with cardio and calisthenics and the vast majority of the workouts can be done in under an hour

    i been doing the shit the past month and its safe to say i’m addicted, b
