Yea, I’m trying to get on that once my fucking wrist heals, smh. I’ve been forced to be in my running bag for over two weeks, so now Im up to 10 miles again just to keep my fitness level up. I’m hoping to start cross fit beginning in June at the gym.
And yea, Parkour is dope– a really amazing workout, and if your already fucking with Crossfit, its gonna feel natural.
word, I hate injuries man, supreme inconvenience and motivation killer but good to see you still going strong with the marathon runs…10 miles my dude? FUCK lol…I feel like the man for running 2 miles, need to step my game up and sparking the leaf doesn’t help smh…When you start doing the Crossfit, invest in a pair of Vibram Fivefingers…Once your feet get used to the awkward feeling of having each toe separated by fabric those shits feel like a dream.
