Woman does not need additional witnesses to prove innocence.
On the property point, in tribal society, women were taken care of by men.
So it made sense to give your sons a slightly larger portion of your assets.
Now it’s not needed, and most people do creative workarounds.
For instance, they simply give more to their female children during their lifetime, but still split their assets at death according to Islamic law.
Allah didn’t say “let your daughters starve”. You can give them as many assets as you want while still alive…even more than to your boys.
Keep the questions coming – obviously I got mad flaws but at the end of the day I believe that Islam is a pure way of thought that elevates the human spirit.
