   Ha ha. This is America, Jack. From a PURELY financial standpoint, the husband is much better off burning down the house while the wife is sleeping and hiding the insurance loot in case he’s convicted of murder. And even if he is convicted, well…. prison is rent-free. A man pays through the nose for a divorce for damn near the remainder of his employable life. And if there’s kids involved… Lol. Forget about ever having a decent sized house or new car ever again.

    ^I’m fully aware how the courts work bro. What I’m saying is what type of Lawyer and she have compared to NaS’ and how could a judge actually let that calculation slide. The formula you’re alluding to is actually a little more complex though. I see what you’re saying.

    It would be house hold income split down the middle. She was an earner too. Don’t forget that so her taking half of his net worth is crazy. Actually, its a third but still, that’s still insane. NaS should really be working to try and get that shit recalculated.

    But besides the fact that they have to be reviewed and re-upped every few years (which most couples fail to follow up on), they can also be circumvented by a pricey lawyer which, btw the husband HAS to pay for.
