Matter of fact, refuse any and all sobriety test. Not sure how things work in your neck of the woods, but in some places if you refuse to take any test and/or breathalizers, then the officer has zero psychical evidence against you when you go to court, and the case gets thrown out. Of course, you’ll probably have to relinquish your drivers license and diving privileges from the moment you’re charged until your case is dropped. But it’s worth it not to have a DUI on your record plus the fines and mandatory classes that go along with it. Plus you save yourself a shitload in lawyer fees. I was taught all of this, btw, by an old lawyer friend of mine. And it works.
