    Really depends on what your trying to accomplish– if its just heathy living, this is fine, if your looking to add mass/maintain it you gotta up your protein count, and if you are a distance runner or attempting something that requires endurance, you up your carbs.

    nah, their just good period. copped my first pair a few months back, and will never get another running shoe ever….shint splints gone, support is there, comftorable is superior to any other shoe ive worn, and they make great walking shoes

    True that– I been maintaining mass and cutting carbs heavy, but I run and box so much its seems counter productive, so I’m researching more multi-motion circuit workouts and related eating strategies to help me build the body I think I want.

    if you don’t know what you’re talking about, shut the fuck up.

    the conception that dietary fat directly contributes to body fat is a huge misconception. 10% fat, r you shitting me? you should be getting at least 0.4g/lb of body weight per day and up to 1g/lb…dietary fat is essential. in terms of protein, you should be getting at least 0.6g/lb per day…so if you’re serious about getting in shape/bodybuilding calculate these and the rest of your cals can go to carbs…and complex carbs are best. if you’re not totally serious about this and just want to get in better overall shape, but don’t want to have to calculate anything, just eat low carb, high protein…but in no case should you be consuming such low dietary fat
