anybody fuck with wordpress? how do you embed those sharebeast streams on the main page? WordPress says they only support their own music player or soundcloud, but every blog has these streams all over them. Do you have to fuck with the html code? I can’t find the answers anywhere

This is very difficult. Ask any GBM poster and they will tell you.
In fact, it was so tricky to figure out, I almost don’t even wanna tell u lol..
But you need a file hosting service that uses the tag “.mp3″ at the end of the link. Dropbox is best. Then u don’t use the standard embed code, there’s a special WordPress one. I don’t know the HTML tags by heart, but I can probably figure it out

A simpler solution is to use soundcloud to upload the file and they will generate a WordPress friendly code for you.

Those embed codes work with blogger and most other formats.. The reason nah and 2dbz can do it and you can’t is bc they have a WordPress dot org account, and u have a WordPress dot con account.
I’m telling you, there is NOT a simpler way. Dropbox is actually really easy, and I’m sure I can find you the code.
But if your really only trying to post a stream once in a while, I recommend sound cloud. It’s really easy that way.. And its actually better for what your talking about, like an hour long Dj set Bc the player is bigger and u can skip around the file easier. It’s tough to go back to the 40 minute mark on a hulk share player bc I can’t see the audio the way u can on soundcloud
