February 15th, 2012 at 6:50 pm
I feel kinda lucky that I got to get a parenthood crash course with my younger syblings. I changed diapers and helped with homework all that shit. They aint perfect, but the mistakes I learned from them will help with my own kid.
February 15th, 2012 at 6:51 pm

February 15th, 2012 at 7:04 pm
Private schools <<>>
Your basically getting fucked for a good cause (II)
Gets your kid a reasonable education but the school is def increasing the prices every time reports come out of public school low graduate rates…

Nosign private schools.
I want my kid to grow up in public schools, I think it builds character and it’s a more diverse environment. Plus, he’s definitely gonna be the poorest kid at a private school, at least in a public system, he’s middle of the pack lol

Supposedly kids are more intelligent when born from older parents as well.
And kids born in winter months have statistically a higher likelihood of becoming murderers.
*shrugs*
I would def recommend waiting until the latter twenties to get married/have kids if 30 seems unreasonable.
February 15th, 2012 at 7:09 pm

^^^
nah it doesn’t
I don’t know the schools were your from but generally modern public schools are often segregated
Either your son is set on the AP/Advance Classes trek and is surrounded by all the other white kids who’s parents couldn’t afford private school and all the first generation american Asian kids…
or
If he’s remedial (not saying he will be, but it could happen) he def be treated to the cultural eccentrites of the blacker populations…
Character? Comes from a variety of experiences but diversity been taken out of public schools…

legit just deleted a post saying this
i have friends who went to private school, and i went to public.
my hs was somewhat known as a weed school too… but still, that was prety much it, minus some coke/e and shit. but that wasnt as popular.

Thats just factual…
I remember going to the private school parties and seeing kids snorting xanaxs…
Reports have been down that basically explain that private school parents are more likely to A) have over the counter party drugs in their medicine cabinet and B) not notice nor care that their kids are getting fucked up off of them
February 15th, 2012 at 7:19 pm
Where I grew up, a lot of kids went to catholic school up until grade 8 and then came to the public school for high school. Those kids were silver spoon ass white kids with privilege who had never seen any type of person even remotely different from them. They had only been around other silver spoon, parochial school ass crackers. They never dealt with any type of struggle or any hardship ever.. I HATED those kids.
February 15th, 2012 at 7:21 pm
having two parents at home is > than whether the kid goes public or private
opinion
February 15th, 2012 at 7:22 pm
I went to a gov’t assisted school so I got a look @ both sides of the fence
There were the rich kids who didn’t give a fuck
& the poor kids who gave there all in academics & sports
February 15th, 2012 at 7:24 pm
@tron
i know kids who went to catholic school (wait catholic schools near Boston, shocking!), but actually had scholarships/loans, etc. real hard working, but absolutely share that hate.
also, i think they are all atheists, or at best agnostics. almost ALL people i know who went to catholic school are like that. not saying its true across the board, just my experience.

obv i dont know personally but that or “its where I went, and where my father went” are the main reasons usually right?
im sure those arent the only two reasons though, obv
February 15th, 2012 at 7:28 pm
I don’t want my kids to struggle or have to suffer in any way, but i know that shit gives you valuable life experience, and that’s how you learn to handle your own.
And those private school kizzas definitely weren’t equipped to handle shit the way I feel like I was.
Just my thoughts (c) camel
February 15th, 2012 at 7:29 pm
but its wild to blindly hate all rich kids…
id say its stupid but im sure that would get exaggerated into something else.
some of the nicest kids ive met, you’d never know how loaded they were…

Catholic Schools still in business?
After all these reports of Homo priest, catholic parents still have faith in them schools?
*High fives self for parenting not being catholic*

Its not like all the teachers are priests b
There was a religion class a couple times a week, taught by regular teachers who happen to be catholic.
