   I mean that (most of the time) I rather listen to some wavy shit where the vibe is right (beat and flow are essential to that) than some hardcore raw spitting like what Canibus did (does?). Used to be the other way around like 10 years ago.

   It’s perfect when these two things come together (See Pharoahe Monch – Queens)

   ^ I can respect this, but where does it leave top tier lyricists?.shout out to nah right for completely changing my perspective of hip hop within the past year.

   I dont know. But a lotta top tier lyricisty remind me of art house movies when all you really want is entertainment like in a Fast and Furious or Die Hard flick. Not saying there isnt an audience for both but one clearly outweighs the other.
