I say if the school is offering a partial, take it, especially if your job history shows a strong commitment to companies, not how you necessarily feel about it. Sometimes, your history is a better judge of actions than you yourself can be. Thats illy though.

Nah, part of my job this year is to do PD for new and experienced teachers on handling discipline for African-American and Minority students. The ones who are implementing the program are seeing results.
Those who are still trying to cling to the BS -”Writeup, Put-Out, Suspend model” are pissy.
But they gonna fall in line, because there is too much evidence that what I am doing is working, lol.
And yea, they would give me an up to 2 year sabbatical to complete the program if I get accepted, but like I said, I gotta stay at the school for 6 years before I can make a move for my own building. I can dig it though, and I am definitely doing the research.
Oh, and I ain’t worried about that. If they weren’t saying ANYTHING, then it wouldn’t be worth it.
