*And cause assholes like myself doesnt buy albums.

    word.

I always wondered if Rap is hit harder by that than other genres.

  2. Deen Says:

Honestly, Jeezy only really “lost” on certain parts of the internet.

How do you lose by just standing pat?

Nas has lost approximately 18 times then. That nigga disappears in between albums…

I’m all for rappers going away if you’re going to come back with something to say, or a new perspective. A lot of rappers need to go away for a bit.

But will Jeezy offer anything new on this album? Judging by these recent leaks, no.

  5. b-ease Says:

Nah, I get it. You subscribe to the widely accepted view within the HipHop community that the young female demographic is the end all, be all as far as a rapper’s success is concerned.

    ^^
Nah, you def don’t. It’s all good though, this is boring me. I wanna hear TM103 as much as anyone else. I just don’t think Jeezy’s planet looms half as large in the current rap universe as he did 3 years ago. We can agree to disagree.,

  6. Bricktop Says:

Niggas keep bringing up Drake. I can’t call it.
    ^
Drake is the current hallmark of rap success from the c section’s perspective. So it’s good to use him as a gauge/reference point. Also, it’s just fun taking shots at Drake.

  7. ChainHeavy Says:

Introduce me to your dealer if you don’t think Jeezy fell off.Hes not mentioned anymore.Nobody cares.Hes been shelved for 3 years because the label thinks that they’re going to take a hit from putting his shit out.

The leaks suck. Fuck Drake, fuck Ross. They dont matter here. Point is: The songs we’ve heard from TM103 over the past year and a half simply aren’t that good.

Funny how that standard only really applies selectively depending on whether one likes a rapper or not.

Only the most talented cats actually meet that standard. Jeezy has been talking the same shit since day one with different packaging each time out.

Same with Rawse. He just chooses better production on each album and projects even more implausible fantasies. But it’s okay because you like his shit/he’s the current flash in the pan.

  10. Jackson7 Says:

    Drake >>

    Clearly

Cosign, but then again, why would a slugger change his swing when he has yet to hit a legitimate slump?

Maybe its the Ol’ student surpasses the teacher idiom.
    Jeezy taught them well? (II)

    ^^
What??? You’re somewhere else now fam. Youre right though, Jeezy’s just as popping as he was 3 years ago, and this record will be just as successful as his rest. CTE is the shit.

Sluggers change their hits, stance and what they swing at all the time. to keep the opposition guessing.

  15. b-ease Says:

    ^^
Nah, that’s like putting your gun to the screen when playing Duck Hunt. It’s not fun, it’s just easy.

  16. Jackson7 Says:

    Jeezy BEEN fell off…

Bamma careers are trend ridden and have short shelf lives..

Ask lil jon and trick daddy and ying yang coons

Alls I’m saying is just let that man release a certified flop before you say he lost. But that just seems a little too logical.

  18. jderrida Says:

Nigga, we were talking about Paul Wall earlier.

    ^^^

Thats a win for Paul and a loss for nahright

  19. Deen Says:

Jeezy’s buzz is nowhere near what it was, but I put the blame on the shit he dropped immediately after TOD2.

I think the mixtape was called ‘Last Laugh’ and he made that song ‘J**zle’. Them shits were awful.

But I think he’s been on point since ‘The Real Is Back’. There’s just a lot of overlap btw his fanbase and Rick Rawse’s newer fanbase (he took full advantage of Jeezy’s errors) and they’ve invested too much drama and slander in the non-existent beef to admit that Jeezy is actually making dope shit again. Life has essentially imitated the jokes at this point. They’d prefer if Jeezy just went at Rawse and returned all the fuckboi compliments…

  20. Bricktop Says:

Fuck. Alright, how about a golfer then? Them motherfuckers ain’t adjusting shit if their current swing is working.

  21. Jackson7 Says:

Still LMAO @ all the nahright love paull wall was gettin earlier..

    niggas is hillbillies b

    Drake sucks.

  23. Bricktop Says:

But yeah, cosign all that shit that Deen was up there verbalizing and whatnot.

  24. Bricktop Says:

    Peace.

    That.

  26. Jackson7 Says:

    Dtake sucks

    ____________

    nuh~uh..

  27. Carlos Voltron AKA Dixie Normous Says:

Fuck. Alright, how about a golfer then?

    ^
Golfers always adjust their swing depending on the location they’re at.

They also switch up which clubs they’ll use depending on the situation,

Both of which Jeezy is unwilling/incapable of doing.

  28. ChainHeavy Says:

Go back to The Real is Back and listen to that niggas verses. All he does is rhyme one syllable words with THE SAME FUCKING WORD.
They call me snowman cause my watch is cold.
    YEAH!
They call me snowman cause my watch is cold.Haha.

  29. BEZ Says:

Why do people below the Mason Dixon have to be hillbillies & bammas?

I guess people with this mindset must exist, but people gotta live somewhere.

I wouldn’t want ALL people of color living in ONE area. If that happened I’m sure biochemical warfare would take place and turn them all to flesh eating zombies.

North & South jokes can be funny, but most of the time they’re simply lame.
