While performing at Colorado State University, Bobby Ray gave everyone in attendance a preview of a new track featuring Lil Wayne called ‘Strange Clouds’. He recites his first verse and plays a small portion of Weezy’s verse.

MTV catches up with Drizzy Drake on the red carpet at the BMI Urban Awards and asked him about Lil Wayne’s jab at Jay-Z on ‘Im Good’. Drake basically took the Jada route and distanced himself from the diss.

“I just got a beat and did a verse over it,” Drake told MTV News from the red carpet for the BMI Urban Awards n L.A. on Friday before he accepted the award for Songwriter of the Year. “Whatever any other individual has to say, you have to ask the man himself. I just did what I know how to do. I just got on a record. I heard the beat, did a verse and heard the final product.”

Last night at the BMI Urban Awards, Snoop Dogg was presented with the BMI Icon Award by Dr. Dre before being joined on stage by Bootsy Collins, Game, Kurupt, Warren G, Daz Dillinger, The Lady of Rage, and Charlie Wilson to perform his classic “Who Am I (What’s My Name)”.
