All humans have a need to feel like their opinions are unique (which is a delusion), that their voice is important and need to be heard by others..

The C-section, twitter and facebook all cater to this desperate need. Pathetic creatures we are.

    ——————————

I think the people who get on the internets SOLELY to tell other people that THEIR opinions are wrong and ridiculous are more desperate.

    It screams of narcissism.

    But so what tho.

If for one day instead of commenting on nah, SPITGAME slapped together a response to $Wondough$ who loses ?

    In fact, Hip-Hop wins.

At least they aren’t in their basements making electronic music disses.

  3. Captain Planet Says:

$Wondough$ could legitimately be the rapper to make it out of these nahright boards.

In a climate when unorthodox styles are the norm ?

All you presumptuous analysts can STFU before you start.

Like yall predicted that Lil B and Kreyshawn would be getting the kind of attention they are FOH !

  5. Smooth Says:

our opinions, attitudes and beliefs dont come from within, they come from our environment. thier is nothing special about our individual opinions and beliefs and they are were never ‘choices’ that we consciously made..they were given to us, directly or indirectly they came from somebody else. even the fact that u like rap music, is a result of an emotional attatchment to the music formed from an experience (which is out of our hands). thats why all people in india like indian music, all people in america like america music, all people in africa like african music. its no coincidence that old people dont like rap music but young people do. if the older generations grew up around rap music they would like it too. ur just a product of ur enviornment. why do u think old white ppl listen to classical music..
same goes for beliefs. its not a coincidence that 90% of ppl in india are hindus, 90% of swedish ppl are athiest, 90% of arabs are muslim. our beliefs come from emotional attachments formed from experience. experience comes from without not within.

moral of the story, keep ur opinions and beliefs to urself. cause theyre not really ‘your’ opinions and beliefs. if u had grown up in a different time or place, ur opinions and beliefs would be a result of what you were exposed to.

well everyone does it, directly or indirectly. even updating ur profile picture is an indirect scream for attention. u have to meditate deeply on the subject of human nature and why we do what we do, it’ll become alot clearer

  12. Smooth Says:

The only way you can break this cycle if by spiritual awareness, tapping into ur true INNER SELF

    Hmmmmmm …

I think opinions and beliefs are two different things.

And it seems like you are guilty of choosing one side in the nature vs. nurture discussion.

Of course our environment influences, but it’s not the sole influence.

Einstein wouldn’t have been a superior and dynamic intellect if he was born 100 years before ?

And our opinions aren’t just borrowed from others.

That’s why we have creative people like artists or philosophers or even scientists that innovate.

Who each individual person is IS special because the mix of what they are, who they are and what environment they were raised in is probably unique and the ideas that result from that cannot be so easily duplicated.

ok so is this supposed to make me feel a certain way or are you just discussing the differences in society/people.

cuz if its anything but the latter, cool story bro

  23. Smooth Says:

I just hope the Laced One doesn’t forget about his true fans…me, E aka Mac and b…we been holding him down since his humble begginings…we expect nothing less than backstage passes and european automobiles as a reward for the pain and sacrifices we went thru

  24. Captain Planet Says:

If Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Frankin, Socrates, Plato and Karl Marx kept their ideas and opinions to themselves

We’d be living in a significantly different reality.

  25. b Says:

    Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo (c)smooth

  26. mcb Says:

alright im reading through teh page

    keep going smooth

i agree its usually for attention, not matter how small or inadvert, it is. but its also the way people connect.

is the need to talk to another human being on the subway, at the dinner table or at work a cry for attention?

  27. Smooth Says:

Einstein wouldn’t have been a superior and dynamic intellect if he was born 100 years before ?

    ^
no. that environment was pivotal. he was labeled dyslexic and hated his teachers. this motivated him to tap into his inner genuis
in the words of wacka, he said pretty much said ‘fuck school and picked up a burner’

  28. Smooth Says:

no idea is original theres nothing new under the sun (c) nas

  29. Smooth Says:

Even ur genetics (in the case of ppl like Einstein etc) are just

Im sure even Einstien spending all those hours working on equations was a cry for attention. U know, a chance to change the world, a chance to be remembered forever. same goes for Hitler who wanted power, world domination etc (why?)
the spiritually aware man if fullfilled, he no longer has this desire and therefore lives a humble life

  30. ilovemia305 Says:

    Its more than a diss..Its a message

I put work on a RANDOM nigga head

  31. Smooth Says:

Even ur genetics (in the case of ppl like Einstein etc) just come down to the environment/nature…its not like Einstein CHOSE to have a bigger brain….it was out of his control
nuture also counts as the environment…

so im not taking sides in the nature vs nuture argument. nuture IS nature. u cant control how ur nutured, its part of the external environment (if u include ur parents and family etc as ur environment)…
thus NONE of our beliefs/ideas come from within….creativity is just connecting old things in new ways

  32. THe KiD FRanKiE Says:

    Shits disgusting
