with all due respect fuck you. ok you’re right kenpo isn’t bad actually, but it’s not nearly as good of a workout as plyometrics or going on a 4 mile run at the gym. what i’m saying basically is that you’re better off just doing plyo or going for a run instead of doing kenpo, unless it’s on an off day or something… that’s just being efficient and allocating your time and energy properly. same thing goes for yoga.. you got some good points but that shit is an hour and a half long. an HOUR AND A HALF. fucking waste of time.

yo chea…you work in the downtown area of Chicago? I was in the Chi last week, went to Wrigley twice and I did a dope architecture tour from around the Navy pier into the rivers underneath Michigan Ave and around there. It was dope. Chicago is by far the cleanest city I’ve ever seen, which is crazy with the wild weather that you guys always have.

everything…I was mostly in the downtown area, so maybe it was just a lot of beautiful women from out of town…but yeah I was breaking my neck all week. And there were mad blondes, brunettes and VEWGS in hot ass Cubs gear all over Wrigley. I don’t know if they just do a good job of selling merch, or girls just look amazing in Cubs gear or what, but that shit was definitely working.
