did this dude win or lose? I can’t tell…I’m thinking he’s winning for about 20-30 minutes a day and losing the rest of the day.

  24. &What?! Says:

Pau Gasol must feel used and abused man, they traded for him, he helped them win the Championship twice and at the first sign of failure they wanna trade him away. Love is tougher though, and has proven himself this season I think.

Plus he’s younger and is a better rebounder, however I think Pau has a more polished offense game and is a better passer. Interesting trade I think, Minnesota would have the Spanish link between Gasol/Rubio. Pick and roll alllll day.

that NFL deal bout to be done ina quick minute

and the NBA shit will shortly after follow suit

  114. why? Says:

After a month of being on the run, Jimmy Henchmen was apprehended by authorities today in the Gramercy section of Manhattan. According to reports, he led the feds on a foot pursuit.

Last month, Henchmen was indicted on cocaine conspiracy charges. More recently, he was accused of being the mastermind behind 2Pac’s 1994 robbery and shooting.

  115. Mel Kiper III Says:

lol @ j.coles album title doe

    “a sideline story”

this explains him being in the hoody with the basketball in his hands off that mixtape

  116. Jackson7 Says:

Mavs not abig market team…but they got big market money in that franchise…

    And Dallas/Ft.Worth ain’t a big market sayword?

  117. big_seth Says:

I feel like the NFL will start on time. but that is just from what i’ve seen in the news.

I can’t say the same for the NBA but it is more than just speculation there.

  118. Mel Kiper III Says:

  129. NovemberEnd Says:

    College kids love J.Cole

yet to be seen If they’ll buy his CD tho…

  130. Harlem World Says:

    Harlem World > Cole World

J Cole seems like a nice guy – but In The Morning would have been a better single than Work Out – he could always re release it after the rihanna tour is over

    - at least women buy records they like, unlike “real hip hop heads”

  131. big545 Says:

I dont believe the Jimmer Fredette hype….

  132. Skinny Says:

    nah Fam…

baseball does just fine, thank you…

    ^^^

But this aint baseball we talkin bout and parity exists in baseball I know you know that.

Think about how cheap the Bird rules are in the NBA. Mainly, the fact that they can be TRADED WITH YOU TO ANOTHER TEAM! Think about the advantage this gives

I know other sports have dynasties but there is still SOME level of parity.

    _____

if the Knicks, Lakers, Mavs, Celtics, Heat and Bulls were NBA finalists every year, David Stern would be laughing all the way to the First National Bank Of Tel Aviv

    ^^^^

Not really… Why do you think the league is sufferin now??? Because they have 20+ other franchises just turnin to dust because of bullshit like Bird rules. All these bullshit sign and trades and crap are whats killin the league…

NO NBA next season. The other owners are NOT gonna keep losin millions per year while only 4 franchises make money…

he went the college route at first

one of the problems with roc nation is, is its not a record label by trade, they do a bit of everything

so the a&r’s might not be giving cole time to develop..grow…and stop him from producing his own beats

Yo, I don’t like you niggas crushing Cole like this….

That Work Out joint was terrible, I was the first to type it….

I believe he’s going to come with something good with the album, though….

If the nigga comes with shit like “Who Dat” and “Simba”, I’m sure people will eat it up….

And he went to NY to go to school, not really, he just went their for opportunity ’cause North Carolina isn’t where rappers get noticed….

  140. JDS of the Cobra Kai Dojo Says:

I could have sworn Cole said the album title definitely wouldn’t be “Cole World”, sometime last year.

Maybe I dreamt that while I was listening to Friday Night Lights.

When Michael Jordan was winning all those championships…8-10 teams were fucking awful…nobody was complaining about how the league…the NBA finals rating were the highest since 2001…

nothing wrong w/ the league except these long contract years…

somebody has to save the owners from stupidly paying Joe Johnson 120 million,
and Travis Outlaw 30 million to hi five teammates and cheer from the bench
