Geez that new Jeezy must be something serious, huh, ya’ll reppin like shyt. I remember the last time I really took a listen to Snowman and that was kinda reluctantly when Trap or Die II dropped. I played that tape until my neighbors knew the hooks/ choruses when I pulled up.
But after that I kinda lost interest/ hope in anything Young Jeezy…… Plus “trap rap” never really has any lasting power.
lol, i know Jeezy ain’t been hot for a minute. But you can’t knock his hustle. He’s been putting out a steady stream of mixtapes. Atleast he’s trying, some niggas go hide in corners when they fall off.
If I have a complaint, it’s that some of the beats sound like the shit that blew him up [ll]. I don’t like that shit. I’m more of a fan of his sound on The Recession and Trap or Die 2 – nice balance between synth heavy tracks and sample based shit.
J Cole and Joe Budden said it best about niggas these days.
Everybody’s a critic. I miss the days when niggas just listened to music instead of over-analyze and critique shit all day. There is no specific way to create a song or title ,everybody’s different. That’s why it’s called art…

Yeah like when It Was Written first dropped and niggas was talking about how Nas sold out… SMH
