Still, J Kidd will orchestrate and give bigs points all the time. Marion and Chandler pretty much benefit from Kidd putting the ball in their hands in a position where all they can do is score. He’s carving the young dude apart even though the box score doesn’t show it.

But to talk about Gibbs, I don’t see what his popularity has to do with the quality of his music. You may not care for gangsta rap or Gibbs in particular, but you can’t say that Lil’ B has ever done anything as good as the dregs of dude’s catalogue.
More unique? Sure. Talented? Not even close.
Gibbs was already Jay Rock. Then he moved on up.
