but check with the town to ensure hte jump is justified (im sure it is…) but after that, just gotta pay it.
you get to put it on your taxes at least…

oh and if you can show to the mortgage company/bank that the jump would seriously hurt their chances of being paid timyel each month (again SHOW AND PROVE) then maybe they will work with you
