If an A&R at any major first things first im not touching any artist that doesnt already have a cult following and isnt selling out shows on their own in every differenet market in the US so that means East Coast, Mid West, Down South & West Coast by THEMSELVES not featuring an already established artist
if you cant do that in todays enviroment you will never sale records in a major release..not that numbers matter im just saying if i was a&r the things id look at
also if im an A&R i am not touching any artist that music falls under the cateogry of “gangsta rap”
